School Closure

Updated: Apr 15

The health and safety of our students, staff and community is important to us. Because of this, we will be following the Governor’s recommendation to close school. Starting immediately, St. Paul Lutheran Church & School will be following the Fort Dodge Public School District. However, we will be closed through April 30. Information regarding our current situation will be available on FastDirect, Facebook and our website. FDCSD will be providing a grab and go lunch option for children 18 and under. Lunches will be distributed from 11:30 – 12:30 Monday through Friday beginning Monday, March 23, from the front entrances at Butler, Cooper, Duncombe and Riverside. Children 18 and under can pick up lunch at any building, regardless of what school they attend. The child must be present to receive a lunch – one lunch per child per day. This service will continue through the duration of their closure until April 30. Families needing to contact the FDCSD district during the next 4 weeks should call 576.1161. Further information will be provided as it becomes available. We encourage you to practice social distancing, limit your interactions to groups of 10 or less and wash your hands. Stay safe and healthy.
