SMS Text Messaging Terms of Service

By voluntarily opting in to receive SMS text messages from St. Paul Lutheran Church & School, you agree to the following terms.
SMS Program

St. Paul Lutheran Church & School may send text messages to the mobile phone number you provide for school-related informational and administrative purposes. Messages may include school announcements, event and activity reminders, schedule updates, weather-related school closures or delays, enrollment information, and account or payment reminders.
Consent
​
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of enrollment, registration, or purchase.
By selecting the SMS opt-in option, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided or have permission from the authorized user to provide consent to receive text messages.
Message Frequency and Charges
​
Message frequency is approximately 5–6 messages per month, but frequency may vary depending on school activities, events, weather, and other circumstances.

Opting Out
​
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Changes or Termination
​
St. Paul Lutheran Church & School may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS messaging program at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

St. Paul Lutheran Church & School will use the information provided for school-related communications and will not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
